Jeffrey Hoskins
Jeffrey Hoskins serves as Director of Operations and founder of Level Up Recovery. Jeff has 4 years in recovery and with his amount of knowledge in the field he is able to give insight for all sides of operations. Jeffrey realized he wanted to be able to give back to individuals struggling with addiction and decided to open his own facility and make a change. Mr. Hoskins oversees LU’s company-wide operations, facility management, billing, and ensuring smooth functioning of the treatment facility located in Lexington KY.
Clinical Director
Amber Davis
Amber Davis serves as Clinical Director of Level Up Recovery. Ms. Davis oversees clinical operations, supervision, treatment plans, and ensuring quality care for patients. Amber also oversees company functions, outreach, and staff.
Co-Director of Operations
Destanie McGill
Destanie McGill serves as Co-Director of Operations at Level Up Recovery. Ms. McGill oversees AODE operations, compliance and quality departments, as well as operational oversight of billing to ensure LU’s patients are provided with proper information and ensure financing is available to expand services to treat as many patients as possible.
