Services at Level Up Recovery can be provided in a variety of settings from individual, family or group counseling for mental health and substance abuse issues to referral services for in-patient hospitalization.

Assessment & Treatment
When you come in, an intake person will take you back to complete initial paperwork (releases, admission form, consents). Once the initial paperwork is completed, you will meet with a clinician for assessment and treatment. Here is what you will need to bring with you:

Community Support Associates
A Community Support Associate (CSA) provides Comprehensive Community Support Services, CPT, to individuals that have a Mental Health disorder or a Co-Occurring disorder. Our CSA’s provide community outreach and life skills to help each individual sustain a well life deserved.
Intensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) are available for adults 18 years of age and older who have chemical dependency, abuse or dual diagnosis (chemical abuse/dependency coupled with severe mental illness). Depending on the progress of the individual, the program can last for up 6 months. Participants in Drug Court services must meet all criteria established for other outpatient Substance Abuse clients. Participants in IOP services must meet all criteria established for other outpatient Substance Abuse clients.
Peer Support Services
Peer Support Specialist provides peer counseling and consultation to individual consumers, acts a liaison with community resources, carries out rehabilitation and support functions, and assists in treatment, substance abuse services, education, support and consultation to families.
Supported Employment
When you come in, you’ll be provided with resources to secure employment within the community and help with transportation needs. Our program gives individuals the opportunity to attain employment from day 1!
Targeted Case Management
Targeted case management is services that are used to assist adults in gaining access to needed vocational, medical, social, educational, or other community supports and services.
